Cancellation and Change Policy

CANCELLATION
Cancellation is permitted. 
Full refund if you cancel 48 hours in advance of your booking date and time. Cancellation request made within 24-48 hours of your booking date and time, only 50% of your payment will be refunded.  Request made within 1-24 hours of your booking date and time, there is no refund at all.

You can change date, time, pick up locations.
You can email us to change the new date, time, and place of departure at cantripcharter@gmail.com

No phone call and text for changes or cancellation.  It must be email to the above email address in writing.

NO SHOWS DO NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT OR REFUND

We can also have and reserve the right to cancel any shuttle due to overbooking, terrible weather and road conditions on the Highway 99.  We will inform our customers via emails and will refund 100% when we make the decision for safety of the drivers and customers.  

DELAYS
While Cantrip Shuttle pride ourselves on our on-time service, we do not guarantee our departure and arrival times, which may be affected by any number of factors. Encompasses circumstances beyond the control of Cantrip Shuttle, that interrupts or stops any transfer does not in any way result in any liability for the company and Cantrip Shuttle is not legally responsible to provide lodging, alternative means of transport, compensations or other expenses. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within the control of Cantrip Shuttle: Missed flights due to transportation delays, accidents causing delays to the vehicle, exceptional or severe weather conditions including snow or flood, compliance with requests of the police, deaths and accidents on the road, vandalism and terrorism, unforeseen traffic delays, industrial action by third parties, problems caused by other customers, other circumstances affecting passenger safety.

Without a doubt, long delays are one of Cantrip Shuttle's worst experiences, and we do everything we can to avoid them. Nevertheless, they do happen. We can’t control the weather, acts of God, riots, traffic congestion or security-related situations. In these cases, we won’t provide compensation, but we will do our best to get you on your way as quickly as possible.

Our prime objective is to let you know as early as possible if there’s a schedule change or delay due to weather, road closure or AOG, so please provide us with accurate contact information at time of booking. We can’t contact you if we don’t have the right telephone or email information.

DENY BOARDING
Cantrip Shuttle's drivers have the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the other passenger(s) or the vehicle.

Important note:

Domestic flight arrival first 60 mins waiting time are free, international arrival first 90 mins waiting time are free.  After free waiting time please note that extra $60/hour ($30/half an hour) waiting fee could be charged in this service. Waiting time for Hotel & Cruise & Ferries Pick up is 1/2 hour.  During private charter service, we offer you the option of free 30 mins stopover (over 100 kms trip), so you can have time to pick up some gift or groceries. However if the waiting time exceeds 30 mins, please note that extra $ 60/hour ($30/half an hour) waiting fee could be charged in this service. To avoid the charge or discuss about this service, please communicate with us in advance. Thank you

Gratuity is not included, but appreciated.

Smoking, Drinking alcohol (any alcoholic beverages), and eating is not permitted during transfers in our vehicles.

If any passenger cause any physical damages to our vehicles (inside or outside), monetary compensation is needed.
